You will love Bella, a 360m² luxurious sea front SW facing air conditioned property with spectacular sea views of the islands to the West and the fishing harbour to the North. You can either swim in the crystal clear waters of the harbour 50m away or walk 150m to the beach which also has an area for young children and a snack bar/cafe with free internet service. 

The property which sleeps 14 comprises of 6 bedrooms on 3 floors with each floor having its own kitchen, dining and sitting areas plus a basement with a self contained 2 bed studio with its own kitchenette and ensuite facilities making it ideal for an extended family or 3 to 4 families. Sleeps 14 with 3 double and 4 twin bedrooms, all bedrooms but one having sea views, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens (each with its own oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), 3 living/dining areas, 3 balconies and a large 11 metre long 3.3 m wide terrace on the ground floor with magnificant views for communal eating along with its own large stone BBQ. 

The large basement has a games room area and also has a large washing machine and drier.The basement is ideal for Grandparents to have a quiet place to themselves with harbour views!

Located at Maslinica, a crystal clear fishing harbour on the island of Solta, 12 miles south of Split Airport, only 2 hrs and 10 mins flight by EasyJet from London. From the airport enjoy a private 1 hour transfer to Maslinica which includes a scenic 30 min journey by speedboat with an option of visiting the Unesco town of Trogir for 2 to 3 hours at no extra cost while your bags are being looked after

If you are driving, just get the 45 minute ferry from Split harbour to Rogac, Solta and then a 10 minute drive will get you to Maslinica.

The villa has parking for 3 cars with more adjacent parking and each floor is well equipped with Satelite TV, DVD, & Hi-Fi system. Wireless internet access is via a pay as you use wifi using vouchers bought from the local tobaconist shop. The 2 man inflatable canoes and a small inflatable childrens dinghy and the laser sail boat are stored in the basement, and these are for the use of the Owner only   

Maslinica is a beautiful small fishing village with pristine clear waters and with houses clustered around the port. Follow up your terraced breakfast and lunch by buying your fish from the local fishermen and enjoy the long evenings cooking your dinner on the large traditional Croatian wood fired BBQ on the ground floor terrace while complementing your food with some stunning Croatian wines; if you want to eat out, there are five restaurants, one of which is part of a 200 hundred year old castle, now a 6 suite up market hotel with its own marina, located below Bella.

In addition to relaxing, swimming, canoeing, sailing and fishing, other local activities include hiring 8 person motor boats for the day to explore nearby islands; day trips to snorkelling or dive sites at nearby islands, a round island sight-seeing trip by boat, and last but not least, staying around the village and using the local beach. Other activities could include a day trip to Split, a Unesco heritage site dating from 305 AD, a fabulous walled city with Diocletian's palace and many medieval buildings, travelling by local yellow bus and ferry/catamaran from Rogac in the north of the island. The historic Unesco town of Hvar is also within 1 hr reach by speedboat.
 
Other local activities include guided tours to a 150 bee hive residential property where you can buy some stunning rosemary or sage honey and a guided tour to the olive groves and olive oil pressing boutique factory which also include a lunch
